Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.50 m and not exceeding 3.00 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring for Bored Cast-in-Situ Piles of 500mm dia, of 6.00 metres long in any strata i.e. Soft / Loose Soil, Stiff Clay, Gravel, Cobble Stone, Compact Moorum, Soft Conglomerate or Loose Boulder or Soft Disintegrated Rock, Weathered Rock, Hard Rock using DMC Method and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as shown on drawings, as specified and as directed. Note: RCC M–30 Design Mix and Reinforcement shall be measured and Paid separately. Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of approved Moorum obtained from outside MD Land for making good all Channels and Tanks made and used for Bentonite circulation and disposal of caked Bentonite out side MD Land.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in Piles by Tremie Pipe method complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pile shall be casted as mentioned in drawings. However, for payment purpose the length of pile shall be measured up to cut off level only. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included this aspect. The rate quoted is also deemed to be inclusive of chipping out Pile up to Cut-Off level including disposal up to a distance of 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides and Soffits of Floor or Roof Beams, Beam Haunchings, Girders, Bressummers, Lintels, Cantilevers, Shelves including Supports, Overhangs, etc, Splays between Floors and Beams and similar works for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry of 1:3:6, Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 100mm width with plain or interlocking joints set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered / concrete Wall / Ceiling surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] over a Coat of Weather Proof Exterior Primer of same manufacturer as that of paint on Wall / Ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe-290, Grade E-165 as in Hand Rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for Balusters Running Bars, for Doors, Balusters, Nosing to Steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., Wind Ties for roof including securing bolts, Posts and Struts in Fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bending to shape, notching for wire, drilling holes or as in flat iron fillets [for securing wire mesh and barbed wire etc.] including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 Strand, Steel Barbed Wire 2.24mm dia, Barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire will be measured for payment.

S & F Concertina Coil Fencing with Punched Tape Concertina Coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire conforming to IS – 4454 [Part – 1], of Grade – SM duly Hot Dipped Galvanised as per IS – 4826 with 230GSM, 600mm dia, 10 Metre openable length, with Galvanised coating and Punched Tape material as per IS – 513, having 50 Nos Rounds per 6 Metre length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb Length 24±1mm, Barb Width 19±1mm, Pitch between Two Barbs 35±1mm], Spring Core Wire [2.6 mm thick] of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sq.mm with tape [0.52mm thick] and weight 43.478 Grams / Metre and fixing to “Y” or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] Wire, Stud tied with GI Staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts and coating with Px Compound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Horizontal barbed wire & angle iron supports shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule "A". Measurement shall be made for stretched length.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC [SWR] pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in Weep Holes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work conforming to Fe - 290, Grade E-165, as in framed work such as Grills, Gratings, Ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed Guard Bars, Barred Iron Doors, Ladders, framed Balusters, Walk Ways, Railings, framework of Water Tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Posts or Struts [Wood, Steel or RCC] of any section, embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Fencing Wire Mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Mild Steel or Wrought Iron Work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
