(b)Erection of the Mini Mast by providing concreting 1: 2 :4 mix RCC Masonry foundation pedestal The RCC pedestal projection should be 30cms above the ground level. The switch feeder box should also be mounted in RCC pedestal with projection of 30 cms above the ground level suitable to the safe bearing capacity of the soil at 12T/M2 at 1.5m depth of below ground level and necessary galvanized foundation bolt nuts washers and Anchor Plate. (C)Supply and fixing of Hot dip galvanized lightening arrestor and necessary accessories etc complete as per standard specification

(d)Supply, erection and Commissioning of 0.90 m x 0.45m x 1.20m floor mounting control panel board and sufficient numbers of Ventilation opening should be provided & supporting MS angle frame with 63A main switch 1 No , 63 A fuse unit 3 Nos 63A power contactor with automatic timer arrangements,6 core 2.5 sq.mm.copper wire for feeding power supply to LED flood lights and the panel board should be painted with red oxide and two coats of anti corrosive enamel paint including all other allied materials etc

(e)Supply and fixing of Aviation Lamp fitting with base and coupling arrangements etc complete as per standard specification (Make Philips/Bajaj/ Crompton/Equivalent)

The 200A &100A switches should be connected to the bus with same size of 1 x 1/4 fixed copper flat and 100A switches should be connected to the bus by 1x1/8 fixed copper flat.

The switch should be separated by 6mm thick hylem sheet separators and properly (double) earthed as per IE rules, CEIG specification. The panel should be powder coat painting Siemens grey complete with LED Digital Display for VAF Meter chamber. The cable size, capacity of switch and location should be marked with white paint .(L&T/Siemens)
