Amount

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site according to the M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 1603.1. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stone for 1.00 cubic metre @ 300/- (Rupees three hundred)only per cubic metre shall be done on prorata basis for each running bill for this item.

Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD 2014 specifications to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand; ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetres nominal size) in parapets and curing complete including the cost of form work with steel plates and laying of two Numbers empty bitumen drums and filled by bitumen drums in dressiest including coping as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete (M-10) design mix in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipeOF MAKE D-PLAST/POLY.having pressure of 4.5 kg per square meter extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing, direction of Engineer in charge and MORD 2014 technical specification clause 1204.7.8 including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) grade design mix on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade design mix in sub structure for all type of structure complete cement contents not less than 250 kg (two hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification Clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807,1202 and 1206 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete M-20 ( M twenty ) grade in open foundation of culvert complete cement contents not less than 260 kg (two hundred sixty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments, piers and return walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD 2014 technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 ans 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete M-20 (M-twenty) frade design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength cement contents not less than 260 kg (two hundred sixty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground in substructure including curing complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification Clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1206 including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in superstructure as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course RCC M-30 (M-thirty) grade design mix with cement contents not less than 320 kg per Cum ( three hundred twenty kilogramme per cubic metre), aggregate size not exceeding 20mm (twenty millimetre) and including form work and reinforcement complete as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specification clause 800 and 1206.3as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete minimum strength of M-25 (M twenty five) design mix cement contents not less than 300 kg (three hundred kilogram) per cubic metre and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in superstructure as per drawing and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification Clause 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawings and MORD 2014 technical specifications Clauses 1001, 1004 and 1206 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawings and MORD 2014 technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all heights including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre ) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specifications clause 1106 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately)depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HPPWD MORD 2014 specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including makng good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HPPWD MORD 2014 specifications including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto any lead spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORD 2014 technical specification Clause 401 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and MORD 2014 Technical Specification Clause 406 in two layers and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square meter using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen point two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimeter) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic meter)mixed with penetration VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 14.6 kg.(fourteen point six kilogram) per 10 sqm.(ten square meter) on road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 508 by mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per MORD technical specification clause 510 using VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 6.8 kg ( six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic meter of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square meter) mixing and heating in mini hot mix plant and laying by mechanical means of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 KN ( eighty to one hundred KN) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980 fixing in position including painting and printing, etcetera as per approved drawing and MORT&H specifications clause 804 (5th revision).Ordinary kilometer stone, precast as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Governement.

Reinforced cement concrete M-15(M-fifteen) grade kilometer stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980 fixing in position including painting and printing, etcetera as per approved drawing and specifications clause 1703. 200 meter stone (precast) as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Governement.

Reinforced cement concrete M -15 (M-fifteen) grade boundary pillars/localstone of standard design as per IR C:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and M.O.R.D 2014 Technical Specification Clause 1704 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD 2014 for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm circular as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 as per approved drawing and M.O.R.D. Tehnical Specification Clause 1701 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD 2014 specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical MORD 2014 specification clause 1501 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm (one hundred into one hundred millimeter) die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Routine Maintenance for 2nd year (Second year) after completion of construction work as per items and condition of bid document Clause-32 of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 (First Revision) for rural roads including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine Maintenance for 3rd year (Third year) after completion of construction work as per items and condition of bid document Clause-32 of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 (First Revision) for rural roads including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Routine Maintenance for 4th year (Fourth year) after completion of construction work as per items and condition of bid document Clause-32 of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 (First Revision) for rural roads including haulage/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
