M&L for cleaning of building service tanks PVC of OMQ & SMQ area of exe. 250 litres and not exe. 500 litres capacity situated at various places through mechanical tank cleaning process by involving the following five (5) stages of cleaning processshall be carried out as given below:--- a) De-watering PVC tank through wash out pipe completely. b) Total removal of sludges by suction pumps completely . c) Cleaning of walls,ceiling and floor by high pressure jet of 80-180 bar pressure & inspecting for craks if any completely. d) Removal of addl sludge by industrial vacuum pump completely. e) Antibacterial treatment of inside of tank to make it complete bacteria free and completely. Note:- (1) The entire work should be carried out by TANKCLEAN process by any franchises or M/S TANKCLEAN (Pvt) Ltd or any other MES approved firm having equivalent technology. (2) Entire T&P should be arranged by the contractor at their own.Only electric power & water shall be supplied by MES at stipulated rate. (3) (a) Date of cleaning, (b)Due date of cleaning (c) GE (AF) Borjhar, should be written over the outer surface of tank by synthetic enamel paint with lettering not less than 100 mm height.Cost of the same is deemed inclusive in the quoted unit rate of cleaning of tank.

All as per Item No.1 above but capacity of tank exc. 500 litres and not exc. 1000 litres.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

Supply and laying 15 mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete on walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in reapair 20mm outer dia (bore), ISI marked Polythylene Random Copolymer) Pipe, 3 Layered PP-R (polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipe SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stablized and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back - nuts capps, plugs, unions etc) laying in trenches/floors/ducts or fixing to walls, etc, and also cutting of pipes as required, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in platform over roof for PVC tanks finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls for inserting Water pipe line and making good dismantled portion by filling cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 exc half brick but n. exc one brick including existing surface finishes complete all as specified and directed

Cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good in cement mortar 1:3, cutting not exc 10cm girth as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl 20mm screed bed in 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick P.C.C 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Sub-floor, sub base etc , finishing the surfaces of concrete ( without using extra cement) even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cermic glazed coloured tiles 300x200x7 mm thick on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl. and over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as directed.

Supply and fix vitrified tiles(light shade) of 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqmas in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3 kg per Sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl. 20mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as directed.
