Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados including back coat of plaster in CM 1:3 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&f pre-painted galvalume aluminiun zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with J hooks including self tapping screws and self drilling screws of appropriate size with rubber washer for water tight fixing complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA,JINDAL,ISPAT or its equivalent make.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: TATA,JINDAL,ISPAT or its equivalent make.

Demolition of brickwork or masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newely plastered wall surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for demolition of cement concrete un reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (above roof slab ie in copings etc ) including disposal of old materials to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregateas using water proofing compound as in roof padding to receive the topping layers complete all as specified & as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs, channels, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. Including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (top of roof) in cement motor 1:3 without using extra cement finished even and smooth with using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment as follows on the dried roof surfaces laying one coat of approved oil base bituminous primer confirming to IS [email protected] /SQM and APP Based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on prime surfaces by force application complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in Repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding and making necessary connection to soil pipes and flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern 10 ltr, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets PVC low level flushing cistern with complete accessories such as PVC flush pipe, over flow pipe and connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, if any etc. fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.
