Supply, install, testing and commissioning of pressure sand filter and activated carbon filter medium grade filter media & catalytic media, gravels & activated carbon, air vent, pressure guage, sampling cock, back wash facility and all accessories complete with support and making suitable size of foundation as per manufacturers specification with foot stool. drain & pit to accomadate the entire plant including internally painted two coats of anticorrossive bituminous black paint suitable for drinking water and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red oxide complete all as specified and required at site complete with following accessories:- (a) PRESSURE FILTER (i) Shell MS fabricated factory made of size 2500 dia X 1500 mm Height vertical single deck type all as per IS:2062. (ii) Thickness of body, Dish end & bed plate 8 mm x 10 mm x 12 mm. (iii) Frontal face pipe line should be fabricate from 100 mm ERW pipe medium grade. (iv) Valve in frontal pipe line - Butterfly valve flange less finish of size 100 mm - 05 Nos. (v) Filter media sand & gravels - 5.28 Cum. (vi) Under bed plate system with strainer - Double nut type PVC strainer - 450 Nos. (vii) Pressure gauge - 02 Nos for Raw and filter media. (Make : RMCO or equivalent make of Thermax / ION Exchange as approved by GE). (b) ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER (i) Shell MS fabricated factory made of size 1700 dia X 2150 mm Height vertical single deck & multi grade type all as per IS:2062. (ii) Thickness of body, Dish end & bed plate 8 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm. (iii) Frontal face pipe line should be fabricate from 100 mm ERW pipe medium grade. (iv) Valve in frontal pipe line - Butter fly valve flange less finish of size 100 mm - 05 Nos. (v) Gaurd media gravels - 0.7 Cum. (vi) Activated carbon filter - 1400 Kgs. (vi) Under bed plate system with strainer - Double nut type - 220 Nos. (vii) Pressure gauge - 02 Nos for Raw and filter media. (Make : RMCO or equivalent make of Thermax / ION Exchange as approved by GE). (c) CHLORINE DOSING PUMP (i) Chlorine dosing pump of capacity 6 LPH model No RC-11 of RAMCO with 100 Ltrs capacity FRP tank of Model No CDS 100 of RMCO or equivalent make of Thermax / ION Exchange as approved by GE - 01 set .

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Mono block pump set of 12.5HP, three phase, 440 Volt AC motor with suction & discharge size 100mm x 100 mm with base frame and foundation complete as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Kirloskar, Model No KDS-1331 or equivalent make of Crompton Greaves / KSB as approved by GE).

Supply, install and testing of Direct online starter (DOL) of capacity upto 15HP complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Havells, Model No - IHHDOLPB*E or equivalent make of BCH / Siemens / L&T / ABB / C & S as approved by GE).

Supply and fixing MS ERW pipe 100 mm dia with all fittings and fixtures laid in trenches or above ground complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Jindal Steel or equivalent make of Tata / Prakash / BST / Surya Roshni Ltd as approved by GE).

Supply and fixing CI sluice valve conforming to IS :14846 of 100 mm dia with S/S spindle, short body PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Kirloskar or equivalent make of Leader / Zoloto / Venus/ Upadhaya as approved by GE).

Supply and fixing CI Non return valve 100 mm dia, Swing Type with Nitrile Rubber Flap, Flanged Ends to IS:1538, PN-1.6 complete all as specified directed. (Make : Kirloskar or equivalent make of Leader / Zoloto / Venus/ Upadhaya as approved by GE).

Supply and Laying XLPE LT cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall, using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed of cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Supply and fixing, sheet metal enclosure, distribution box suitable for MCB'S 4 way TPN 415 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar double door complete including connecting up all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN 32 Amp capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10 KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN 40 to 100 Amp capacity in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation of poles, etc or for laying of cable, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out for loose and soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting points in soil all as specified and directed.

S&F High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
