CA NO CWEAFJ-47/2025-26 COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF VCBs, GOD, RMU, HT BUS BAR LBS OF 11 KV AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AT AIR FORCE STATION UDHAMPUR UNDER GE (AF) UDHAMPUR

Attending the urgent nature of complaint of 11 KV VCB/RMU/OCB installed at Air Force Stn Udhampur of any capacity on emergency call given by concern JE, Engr-in- charge round the clock (any time of day or night) by providing skilled service engineer/ mechanic for locating the electrical / mechanical fault in respective spare parts of OCB/VCB/RMU installed at various locations including rectification on the same day or subsequent days upto the satification level of the user/MES all as directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- (i) Spare parts to be replaced will be paid as S& F separately under revelant items considered the schedule. (ii) A panelty of Rs- 3000/- will be imposed for not attending the complaint within 12 hours after intimation. (ii) A panelty of Rs. -500/- per hour will be imposed for not rectification of the fault after pointing out the fault. (iv) The contractor will be responsible to providing suitable T &P as per site requirement to the person deployed for rectification of fault. (v) Site visit by the contractor/service engineer/mechanic for any number of time required to make 11 KV breakers serviceable condition / upto satisfaction of user will be considered only one job. Quoted rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vi) Any minor parts which is not included in BOQ but required for satisfactory operation of 11 KV breakers shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose or any type of soil including boulder for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 3.0 meter deep and getting out in soft/loose or any type of soil including boulder for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soils including spreding, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and sepositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point.

Supply and laying new dry sand or Dry coarse sand as cushioning to cable of appropiate level before and afetr laying of cable and punned to 18 cm as cable cushioning and coverning all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned quantity will be measured and paid at this item.

Supply and laying in replacement of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peack, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm inluding taking down old UNSV cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI tube light grade of size 100 mm with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor for cable crossing including cutting of bitumen roads/PCC and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for cutting of road and concrete surfaces upto 300 mm depth and 300 mm wide for laying of cable / pipe in any type of soil, returning and filling in and spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick removal of surplus soil and provision of 150 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top layer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25mmX20mmX 1.6mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.
