Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.(DSR 2.25a)

Providing and laying 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(DSR 4.1.10))

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5,Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth etc .(DSR 6.1.1)

Providing and laying 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :(DSR 4.1.2))

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns(DSR -4.3.1)

Steel reinforcement TMT Bars of Fe-500 grade bars for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(DSR 5.22.6)
