Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stabilizer oil by dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 60 KV at the gap of 4 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions:- a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stabilizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per litre of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every equipment as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling mineral grade transformer oil EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1983 for topping up or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and as directed . Note: - The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one go. The complete material shall be brought at MES store and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L for disconnecting power supply from HT VCB of capacity up to 630 Amps, taking out trolley unit & complete servicing of the same through decarbonizing servicing & cleaning of the male/female isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism, including cleaning of Vacuum Interrupter and all HT bushings , Cleaning of Flashes if any and refixing of cable by fixing the nut bolt, Washer to HT side tightly and refixing the trolley at its original position and testing and putting on load complete all as specified and directed by tightening all nuts and bolts of entire trolley, checking proper operation of trolley all as directed, inserting trolley inside, and testing and putting on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed through OEM or their authorized Rep. (ii) The spares required to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately as 'Supply only' under relevant item No. 4.00 to 12.00 of BOQ. The cost of replacement shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted for this item.

Supply & fix in replacement set of 3 Nos pilot lamp LED type for indicate On/Off Trip, 24 Volts DC complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for finding the fault with fault locating Machine mounted on Vehicle along with auxiliary power supply required for Installing of equipment connected to FLC Machine along with necessary manpower and T&P for finding out fault in cable HT (11 KV) / LT (1100 Volts) by using Ultra sound technique. Complete all as specified and as directed . Note: 1. Contractor shall bear all the cost incurred in arranging FLC machines along with permission of digging in case of land belonging to other than MES/Defence. 2. If contactor fails to arrange the FLC machine within six hours from getting the information either from GE, Engr-in-Charge or concerned JE verbally or telephonically,Penalty amount of Rs. 1500/- per hour shall be recovered from contactor's dues.

S&F in replacement of dehydrating agents (Silica gel) in transformers of capacity up to 500 KVA transformer outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT bushing (Brass stud and bolts with porcelain insulator) suitable size to fixed the transformer capacity range 200 to 500 KVA including replacement of gasket, cable glands, etc. to make the transformer leak proof complete all as specified and as directed .

Note- (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM or their authorised representative. (ii) The spares required to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately as 'Supply only' under respective item of BOQ. The cost of replacement shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted for this item.

M&L for replacement of HT (11 KV) insulation mat 16 mm thick complete including taking out old U/S all as specified and directed .

M&L for rectification of fault using eclectically operated Hi pot Machine to check the HT cable so that is stands a capacity of up to at least 11 KV. Complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for UG cable etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
