REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALL AND BARBED WIRE FENCING AND REPLACEMENT OF REAR GATE OF CSD RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX AT CSD DEPOT SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Demolition of PCC Block walling built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded agg) block masonry with solid block exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work surfaces to be finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Apex - ultima) on walls over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Apex - ultima) on walls over a coat of primer all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified.

Supply and fix GI coated (hot dip galvanised) mild steel angles, flats (GI Coating not less than 70 micron) etc as in supports for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified

Supply only PVC coated (1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2.00 but n.exc 3.50 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50 x 50 mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83 mm all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing including fixing of line wires any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete.(Supply of MS line wire and flat iron bolt & nuts measured and paid seperately) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 10mm dia wire PVC coated mild steel round bars for support/line wire to chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping etc., including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair Punched type concertina coil, 1A with wire spiral of 50 turns having a core wire high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength and a low carbon steel strip of 19mm wide 0.5mm thick having series of sharp barbs punched all along the core wire dia of coil when opended to 15mtrs with height of 915 + 50mm tolerance with weight of one coil not less than 15.20 kg (+/-) 5% nominal dia of uncoated wire shall be 2.60mm with permissible variation of (+/-)0.035mm, minimum tensile strength of wire 167N/mm2 as per IS 1608,minimum torsion shall be 22 as per IS 1717 and weight of Zinc coating 230 g/mm2. The concertina coil straining and fixing over barbed wire supported with Y angle including securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc, all as specified and directed. (Note:-GI Barbed wire and MS angle are paid separately)

M&L Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete of Fe-410-W (grade E-250) Quality B
