Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying for cables etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil including removal of sand, bricks/PCC covers laid for cable proection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made as per IS 5820-1970, class HV type 1 of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for local fine sand cushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable, 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable (Compacted thickness 180 mm) and punned down complete all as directed

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade of size 3 Core 240 Sqmm (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part II. Including taking out and dismatling of Old/US HT cable completed and specified as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11 KV grade of size 3 Core 120 Sqmm (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part II. Including taking out and dismatling of Old/US HT cable completed and specified as directed.

(m) Repair/replacement of racheat handwheel with gear assy, isolating contact assy closing/tripping spring assy and fixed/moving contact block etc. (n) Cleaning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker/RMU with CRC-226 (o) Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. (p) Check condition of SIC Contacts, Checking condition and alignment of jaw Contact, Checking and proper tightening of hardware, Checking proper closing of all poles together, Checking of breaker tripping through push button, Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate Checking motor operation in case of EDO. (q) Checking of auxiliary contacts continuity proper change over, Checking presence of all circlips (r) Checking IR between phase – phase (VCB/ RMU closed condition), IR between phase – earth (VCB/ RMU closed condition), IR between phase – earth (VCB/ RMU in Open condition) Any faculty spare replace by new one, which will be charged in quoted rates. Note : The quoted rates by the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts against above unserviceable parts.

Repair/ replacement of ACB 400 Amps to 800 Ams of any make by replaceing defective/warn out parts, adjustment of gap for smooth operation all as details below :- (a) Cleaning of ACB with air blower and removing dust particles. Clean and lubricate all mechanical linkages. Inspect all breakers, remove all covers and arc extinguishing shields, inspect for damage, wear and deterioration, clean and lubricate as required. Check, clean and dress (if required) the main contacts, clean all covers and arc shields. (b) Cleaning of breaker with CRC-226. (c) Removal of old Grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease. (d) Check condition of arcing contact and gap between fixed and moving arcing contracts shall be checked. (e) Checking the reset mechanism, tripping of breaker through push button. (f) Checking tripping of ACB through protection release presence and proper tightening of hardware (g) Checking presence of all cir clips, condition and alignment of jaw contract with cradle terminals (h) Checking condition of ACB wiring and replace if required. (i) Checking and adjusting gap between hylam sheet and side plate. (j) Checking proper closing of all poles together, Checking working of anti pumping device in case of EDO ACB.

(k) Checking alignment of SIC and its operation, scrapping earth alignment, condition of arc chutes, U/V release pickup and drop off ACB tripping through Shunt release. motor operation in case of EDO ACB, closing coil operation in case of EDO ACB, continuity and proper changeover of aux contract block etc. (l) Checking IR between phases – phase (ACB Closed condition), IR between phases – earth (ACB closed Condition), IR between phases – earth (ACB in open condition). (m) Setting of release as per the load. Note : The quoted rates by the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts against above unserviceable parts.

Supply, installation and commisioning in replacement of existing U/S control unit with cubical type enclosed in sheet steel air circuit breaker AC 415 volts, 50 hz, 4 pole, 630 amps current carrying capacity micro processor and comprising the following:- (i) Withdrawable version ACB 415 volts 3 pole, 630 Amp Capacity. (ii) Independent manual spring closing mechanism -one No (iii) Shunt opening closing release - one No. (iv) Kiosk box / enclosure shall be included unit rate. (v) Racking in and out handle. Supply, install, charge and connect test and commission in replacement of 30V/250AH VRLA battery charger, DC auxiliary power source for 2V lead acid cells for protection of power control system comprising of the follwing all as standard practice and as specified including dismatling old power pack system complete. Make : APEX (a) DC buses of flat and of adequate cross section and length fixed to epoxy insulator supports as required. (b) Copper cable of adequate size and length from battery charger to bank of battery and battery bank to auxiliary supply panel.

Supply, install, charge and connect test and commission of 30 V DC auxiliary power source with 2V lead acid cells for protection of power control system comprising of the follwing all as standard practice and as specified including dismatling old power pack system complete. M & L for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in 11 KV undergroung cable with the help of fault locating machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate for the rent of fault locating mobile machine, charges for operator, engineer, electrician etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Checking and finding fault upto 03 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one job.

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of 80 / 100 mm bore GI/HDPE tubing of any description below/ under road surface/ floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacemennt of power pack with battery-02 Nos input 110V AC supply and out put 24 Volts DC supply, over load, S/C protection, for VCB/RMU as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable current transformer (CT) of any discription and in any position and supply, fixing and testing of cast resin type 11 KV current ransformer having a ratio 200-100/5 Amp having protection core SP-10 burden of 15VA and metering core class 1.0 and burden of 15 VA breaking capacity 13.1 KV for 1.0 second complete all as specified and directed.
