Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facis, cornics etc(Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (External surface by Jet washer) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) to achive the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium arcylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- 1. Application of Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means). 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02

M & L for applying Two or more coats of Acrylic distemper (ready Mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means) 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02

M & L for preparation of old treated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means)

M & L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthectic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means)
