Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft / loose or any other type of soil for taking up or laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 1 here in before but hard surfaces such as in road cutting / hard standing etc including making good disturbed surfaces to match with original complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sand filling in trenches fine dry sand as sand cushioning to cable 8 cm before laying of cables and 15 cm after laying cable which shall be gently punned down to 10 cm complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Only punned 18 CM thick sand cushioning shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying of brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches width of brick perpendicullar to the axis of cable including taking up of old UNSV bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erecting of Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metre long) duly painted complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws & washers including taking down existing old Steel tubular swaged poles complete all as specified and as directed. Make of Pole & fittings:- Bajaj or equivalent as approved by GE

S&F pin type insulator procelain, vitreous white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel spindle, two nos galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete including taking up of old UNSV pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F shackle type insulator porcelain vitereous white, brown or green including galvanised M.S. straps 31x5mm size, 100mm height, 115mm dia including galvanised mild steel straps, nut, bolts washers complete for 1100 volts grade insulator complete including taking up of old UNSV Shakle type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plate fabricated from structural steel sections such as channels, angles, flat iron including 16mm dia bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts / insulators in any shape and size as directed and inclusive of one priming coat of red oxide zinc chrome, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms complete including taking up of old UNSV cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ACSR conductor for LT/HT OH Line aluminium conductor steel reinforced size as per existing including dismantling of old unserviceable ACSR conductor including taking up of old UNSV ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of overhead lines galvanized steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia including dismantling of old unserviceable wire including taking down of old UNSV galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steelwire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PVC insulated aluminum wire 2 core 2.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade connected from DB to DB/main board complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of vertical tublar pole 9 mtr long, LT type, complete with cross arms and apply one coat of aluminium paint including painting of black & yellow strip of 30 cm wide alternate upto 1.5mtr above coping and marking of MES No. etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness off 15 cm all around the plate with using GI Strip 32 x 6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as earth lead moulded and retreived to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control board at another end with and including 40 mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel with wire mess fixed on water pipe and provison of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20 mm Dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mild steel round bar 6 mm dia @ 150 mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mild steel bars as in lifting handle with and including necessarry excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor / wall allas per plate NO-3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completiopn (Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).

Supply and laying of earthing GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm from earth test point to Electrical equipment including taking up of old UNSV earthing strip complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the full one job with in about 15 days. (iii) Contractor will responsible for any type of accident while trimming the trees. (iv) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply, however full assistance will be provided by MES staff.

M & L in replacement for stay assembly complete for LT over head line comprising of 7/4.00mm (7/8 SWG) galvanised M S Stranded wire of required length fixed to poles with and including flat iron, clamps, fabricated out of 50x6mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers, GI stay bow 19mm dia 400mm long with threading ends, GI nuts and wahsers, M S stay plate galvanised 305x305x6mm thick, stay rod 20mm dia, two numbers thimbles including taking out old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work and PCC measured and paid at approprite item.

M&L in replacement of DB for street light made out of CRC sheet, dust and vermin proof out door type duly painted of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 15 mm with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with bus bar of suitable capacity for termination of line with single MCB SP, 230 V, 0.5 Amp 10 KA ( In accordance wth IS/IEC 60898-1) and arrangement for fixing cooper wire of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm with 1 x 1.0 Sqmm earth wire in green color of FR PVC insulated copper conductor from DB to light fitting complete including taking up of old UNSV DB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L required for retrenching / tightening of LT over head line (Conductor) of any type/GI earth wire including opening out binding wire from pin / shackle / disc insulator and rebinding the conductor with insulator with 14 SWG binding wire complete all as directed.
