M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 20mm dia ,concealed in wall and surface on ceiling with all conduit fittings & fixing acessories inculding sunken anodised pressed steel terminal box not less than 1.2mm thick covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of suitable size with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, regulators with and including 1.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor drawing as continuous earth wire connected to main earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch 5 Amp.

(b) One socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by one switch on independent board.

All as per item No 01 here in before but point wiring with 2.5sqmm FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable for main circuit and 2.5sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor for one 15 Amp socket out let controlled by one 15 Amp switch on independat board.

Supply & fix Ceiling Fan, 1400 mm sweep , 230 Volts AC supply Elecric driven single phase with all accessories including 3 core 1 sqmm electrical connecting wire from ceiling rose to fan connector, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for framed work such as angle iron stand for desert cooler with ends of bars / angle iron shouldered/ riveted / forged into spikes / welded including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F MS fan hooks with supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 50mm dia GI Pipe, light grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling for hanging to ceiling fans, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, Installing ,testing and commisioning of stationary water heater (Geyser) Vertical storage type, electric driven,closed vented type (Star Marked), Inner container made of stainless steel of capacity 25 ltr, 1500 W, Pressure rating 60 N/Sqcm,class-I, 5 star including all fixing accessories such as nut,bolts,washers, NRV (Non return valve), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipes of 100 mm dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA in any length, laid in treanches and wall including taking down of existing old pipe complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying GI pipes of 80 mm dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast class LA in any length, laid in treanches and wall including taking down of existing old pipe complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for GI pipe and getting out, complete all as specified and directed..

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil completge all as specifiedd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L of Header plateforms /motor plateform up to size of 2.50 m x 2.50m x 1.20m with following specifications as under a)brick work in sub class B brick old size burnt clay bricks exc 6m mean radius on plan in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as spd and directed b) PCC 1:3:6 as in foundation filling and mass concrete c) Stone boulder filling n.exc 63mm including hand packing and ramming complete d) PCC 1:2 :4 as in flooring / top surface of plate form complete e) 15 mm thick plastering on brick surface in CM 1:4 complete Note : Ecxcavation up to level of exsisting suction pipe line included in above rate

Supply and laying of submersible cable un armored PVC insulated & sheathed copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured under ground cable heavy duty with Copper conductor LT 1100 V grade cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of Rs. 28,525.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
