(Dismantling&ITC)

Dismantling of the existing 160 kVA RTU EA set,silencer , Exhaust MS pipe and bellow flexible piping including removal of incoming and out going power cables of size not less than 31/2x185 Sqmm and control panel , earthing GI/copper strips, neural connections, and other connected accessories, for easy loading of DG set at TE Bldg Madhapur etc as required.

Loading of 1No 160 kVA RTU EA set into the transport vehicle by arranging the technical supervisor, labour with suitable capacity of crane with necessary lifting equipments like belts, Iron ropes with D hooks as per site conditions etc as required.

Providing Transportation of 1No 160 kVA RTU EA set from TE Madhapur to TE Bldg Gowliguda etc. as required

Unloading the 160 KVA RTU DG set at site, arranging the labour and other lifting equipements like chain pulley / crane and other alternate methods as per site conditons, from vechicle and positioning at designated location etc. as required.

ITC of the existing 160 kVA RTU EA set along with existing exhaust MS pipe and silencer on the existing EA bed i/c extension of Earthing,power cables interconnections in the control panel etc. as required.

Providing consumables for 1No 160 kVA EA Set of Kriloskar make with the following items.

Rocker Cover Gaskets

Lub Oil (15W - 40 Grade)

Lub Oil filters (Full flow Spin-on type)

Diesel Oil filters (1.1 Ltr capacity with "O" ring)

Supply and fixing hydraulic diesel flexible pipes by removing perished / damaged ones etc. as required.

Air filter element

Servicing of fuel injection pump by removing from Engine, taking it to an authorised work shop for replacing the faulty items like delivery valves, cleaning of elements, replacement of "O" rings etc, and bringing back to site fixing the same to Engine etc. as required

Servicng of nozzles and pressure testing etc. as required

Supply and fixing of relief value etc. as required

Complete servicing of radiator by removing the existing coolant mixed water and cleaning the same for de-scaling of existing both bottom and top tanks with necessary cleaning agents etc, as required

Providing replacement of following spares for the existing radiator i/c removing faulty etc.,as required.

Arresting water leakages from roof of the canopy with sealant material at the Joints etc. by arranging the labour etc. as required

Suppy and fixing of battery leads both + Ve and - Ve (not less than 1 Mtr. including inter link Cable (not less than 0.5 Mtr) for 24 V with suitable PVC insullated single core multi strand copper cable not less than 50 Sq.mm. with heavy duty battery terminals and lugs including necessary brazing and connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of SCR Controlled battery charger for continous charging of EA set battery i/c S/F of incoming connecting wires etc., as required.(M/S SHREETECH Power systems&services or S S Make)

A) 24 volts 10 Amps Battery Charger

Complete cleaning of existing diesel tank by opening the fuel suction and return adoptors and drain plug etc. as required.

Complete servicing of engine alternator set including cleaning of over spilled diesel/ oil, tightening of " V " belts, all nuts and bolts, testing of the same in no load condition and load testing of DG set on exchange full load for 1 hr and recording the parameters like Volatge,current ,frequency,lub oil pressure and submitting service repaort i/c arranging diesel etc. as required.

(Earthing &Cabling)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface of wall or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 2Nos GI earth bus bar made of size 300mm x 25mm x 5mm thick with suitable holes made to connect the bus bar strips, the bus bars shall be mounted of suitable size porcelian insulators including making good the damages done etc., as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

A) 31/2x240 Sqmm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following cables of size above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the following ways etc.,as required.

On surface of wall clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp.

In the existing masonary/open duct

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

A) 31/2x240 Sqmm

Transportation of cable of approximate quantity of 25 mtrs of Size 31/2x240 Sqmm From TE Bldg at Saifabad to TE Bldg at Gowligida by arranging suitable vehicle i/c cutting of cable from Drum etc.,as required

Removing the 725 KVA EA Set-1 out going cable connections (of approximate size 31/2x240 Sqmm -2nos) from the DG set control panel and also at other end in Essential Panel I incoming ACB and keeping the cable in the duct by buncing the same etc.,as required.

Providing and fixing of 12V, 180 AH capacity Lead Acid maintenance free Battery including transportation and installing the same at site including interconnections and testing etc. as required. (Make: Exide Express or SS make)
