Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors or pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in flooring finished even and smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast interlocking paver block glossy finish of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment set, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors, below paver blocks or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any thickness or description in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles/colured tiles, 200 x200 x 20 to 25mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including over Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick 1:6 CM for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing demolished/excavated material /soil .n exc 50m depositing were directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc complete including necessary formwork and fair finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to retaining walls/ steps/ parapet/ kerbs/ base of railing post etc., including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto coarse in CM 1:4 including raking out existing pointing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering work 15 mm thick on fair surfaces of stone masonry, brick or concrete surfaces (1:4) to be finished even and fair (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint (weather proof paint on external surfaces) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces at any height of building/ tower, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in steel gate in such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes;framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde -E-165 including all fittings and fixtures etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 0.80 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking our embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes hard / dense soil (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work post and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS screw bolt (machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square n exc 5 cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of 3.8mm dia wire, mesh size 50x50mm/100x100mm, made into mattresses laped wired laid in position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F expanded metal of weight n.exc 4.00 Kgs per Sqm cut to length, bent to shape reqd and tying with and incl annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia (or) fixing with galavanised steel staples (or) welded to steel members etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wireany size or type weight exc 4 Kg/ sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including preparation of steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble,uncoursed well bonded, built in CM (1:6) as in parapet, steps, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM (1:6) as in parapet, steps except stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as bonder stones set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick plain Poly carbonate translucent sheeting fixed with self tapping screw incl dismantling of old sheating, complete all as specified and directed .
