Dismantling the existing plastering surface to provide new plastering and clearing away the material from the site etc., complete

Plastering in CM 1:5 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour and other incidental charges for curing etc., complete.

Pointing with cement mortar 1:3 to full depth of tiles using crudeoil 10% by including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting etc., complete.

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete for 100 Sqm

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats oil bound distemper (inside the building) of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of colour emulsion outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mix paint of approved colour and trade for doors & ventilator including cost and conveyance of all materials and all other labour charges etc., complete.

Painting Old wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting two coats with approved Black Oxide for Old Black board

Wiring with 2 x 1.50 sqm ( 22/0.3 ) PVC insulated unsheathed single core Copper Conductor of 1100 v Grade in suitable PVC Rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accesseries with TW Switch box with 5 A F .
