Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to water bound macadam specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density.G3

Prime coat- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with 120 TPH bath type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crashed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grace level and alignment roling with smooth wheeled vibratary and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specifications clause 507complete in all respects.

Providing, laying and rolling of butmines concrete with 100-20 TPH of 50 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates (13.2 mm and 11.2 mm grits in ratio 2:1) either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 509.

Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectoring glass beads on bituminous surface.Providing and laying of applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from straks and holes.As Per MORTH-803(8.13)
