Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M.sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling with conveyed earth to a lead of 10KM for filling in foundation and basement including watering, rammed and consolidated etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in basement with wetmix 250mm thick in layers of not exceeding 250mm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated including machineries for hire and running charges leader 5 Cum capacity, hire charges for tipper, water sprinkler,` vibratory roller all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement , five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5 (one cement, five sand) using best quality second class chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4"for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. In foundation and basement.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S. angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supply and erecting and hoisting of ISMB 300x140mm steel stanchion post including cleats to receive the purlin all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts, nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost painting the members with one coat or red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of trusses with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and laying the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should include the cost of painting the members with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of profiled colour galvalume sheet with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m abd long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying and fixing of 40 X 6mm G.I Flat over the galvalume sheet roofing which is placed on the top of Purlin in the longitudinal direction to avoid the lifting of roofing during heavy wind. The rate is inclusive of GI screws 75mm length with rubber and aluminium washer, drilling hole over GI Flat to hold the sheet and purlin with necessary adhesive flashing tap directly over the galvalume sheet including labour charges for fixing, conveyance, loading, unloading and cutting etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and roofing with Galvalume sheet ridge pieces of size 1.00M x 0.7M, 0.47mm thick with necessary U or J bolt and nuts G.I washers etc., complete For the above works skilled man power, necessary tools, equipments, power supply, water supply including transport, any other statuary approval required for the transporting the materials shall be duly obtained by the contractor. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the walls with two coats ready mixed exterior emulsion paint of first class approved quality and colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing vacuum de watered controlled cement surfacing 100mm thick in required slope and chamber confirming M20 grade with 20mm size stone aggregate cast in situ ,smooth finish and leveling with double framed screed vibrator ,excess water to be removed through vacuum pump with bottom and top filter mat duly sealing the edges all round including provisions of polythene sheet below the concrete layer before placing of concrete and finishing with paver floated and power trawler to obtain the hard surface including provision of expansion joints at 6mtr intervals across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealant and adding admixture recron 3S for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50kg of cement with all lead , lift and other incidental works etc..,complete and as directed by the corporation officers (All labour , materials ,tools and plants etc.., including cement by the contractor only)

Providing and laying WBM Gr II of 75mm compacted thickness using 1 Cum of 53mm to 22.4mm IRC metal and 0.24 m3 sand gravel mix blinding for 10 Sqm. for bottom layer including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for premeasurement, as directed by the department officers including labour for spreading metal and sand gravel mix, hand packing to camber watering with all leads for good water slurring and rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing as per MORD 405 including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying WBM Gr III 75mm compacted thickness by using 1 cum of 63mm to 11.20mm IRC metal and conveyance of all material from approved quarry to worksite and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the department officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines binding with required quantity of gravel for forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurring rolling and consolidation by power roller and finished as per MORD 405 inculding hire and fuel charges etc.,complete for top layer.
