Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified,if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity-( AxNx1.5-B )whereA-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited -0.50 Year.B-Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.50 year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

Assessed Tender Capacity shall be more than the Tendered Amount

3.3 a Each Tenderer should further demonstrate :As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments /machinery for execution of the work . However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt-11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification. 3.2(a) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e.,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 acheived in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 320.61 lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) ( As per GOVT Circuler No PW 60 CRM 2021 Bangaluru Dtd-08-11-2021) ANNUAL TURN OVER certificate with UDIN number is compulsory. If UDIN number is not provided then bidder will be disqualify in the technical criteria.

3.3(b)Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 80.16 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

The EMD of Rs. 2,40,500.00shall be paid in full through e-payment or in two parts i.e,Part(1)Rs. 1,00,000.00 by e-payment, part (2)Rs. 1,40,500.00 in the form of BG in prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Division, Gadag payable at Gadag to be upload in KPPP

Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26), (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished).
