Cold room with 75 % capacity as cold room having temperature 2 to 8 degree C and 25 % capacity with racks as deep freezer and cold cabinet (-) 20 degree C on ambient temp up to 48 degree C. Size – 6’(width)X7’(length)X7’(height) Insulation – PUF 60 mm/100 mm (Density 40Kg/mt3) Material of construction – Stainless steel (304 GR),22G (inside and outside) Refrigerant – CFC and HCFC free Compressor – The whole unit shall have hermetically sealed reciprocating type compressors as required for cooler and freezer.Compreesor warranty shall be minimum for 3 years. Copper coils used in refrigeration syatem shall have mnimum 99 % purity. The internal surfaces of roof and wall panels shall be made up of SS 304 material (minimum 0.5 mm thickness). CFC and HCFC free refrigerants shall be used by the manufacturer of cold room. The thermal transmittance (U value) of the roof,wall and floor panels must be 0.17 W/m2K or better.
