Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Ordinary cement without any pigment.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia. not less than 5mm in required colour and shade.

Providing and laying hollow cement concrete blocks walling 200 mm thick consisting of hollow block size 400×200×200mm of mix 1:3:6(1cement,3coarse sand and 6graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal and down size) laid in cement mortar 1:6( 1cement , 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and ic priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).
