Earth work in excavation by manual means (Exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 m from the cutting edge and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.), trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing PVC fibre sheet.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. First class Deodar Wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. First class Deodar Wood 35mm.

Renewing glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary: 14.7.1 Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve för basin mixer and gyser points of approved make conforming to IS: 8931. a) 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass pillar cock for basin mixer of approved make.

Providing and fixing Wiring for light point/exhaust fan point/ceiling fan point with 1.5/2.5/4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conducter single core cable in surface recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate suitable G.l. box as required. Make: Anchor/Havells or equivalent.

Providing and fixing holders for concealed light.
