Dismantling of electric connection from motor & removing of foundation bolt of motor and remove of coupling of both of pump and motor, taking out electric motor from its frame to out side to safer side in the pump house by HOT crane and manual labour.
Closed of sluice valve dismantle joint by cutting of nut bolt with gas cutter and taking out delivery taper from the delivery line and removing of all nut bolt connected with pump set by gas cutter etc. and taking out of pump set from the foundation frame with help of HOT crane and heavy labour to safer side of pump house.
Removing of foundation base frame from the RCC foundation by cutting with gas cutter etc and taking out of complete damage frame with help of HOT crane to out side of pump house.
Dismantle existing LT panel, starters from foundation base frame ms in rcc, change over switch, Main switch ,Kit Kat wooden board ,disconnects all existing cable ,leads of motor p/set, charging cable from cable trench etc. with the help manual labour and as per site requirement with help of HOT crane to out side of pump house.
Removing of foundation bolt by manual labour to clean by hammering of chisel to make the bolt free from the RCC foundation bolt one by one with manual labour.
Dismantling of all existing sluice valve/non return valve from suction delivery line in BPS and removing all nut & bolts by gas cutter etc. with the help manual labour and as per site requirement . with help of HOT crane to out side of pump house.
Dismantling of all suction line or foot valves in UGR and removing all nut & bolts existing in UGR by gas cutter etc. . with the help manual labour and as per site requirement with help of HOT crane to out side of pump house.
Dismantle of all existing pressure gauge with accessories such as GI fitting bib cock etc
Dismantle all g i fitting of existing in charging line system including m s foundation frame, allied accessories at site etc in BPS. with the help manual labour and as per site requirement .
Dismantling D.G Set existing at site with allied accessories as foundation frame,cable etc . with the help manual labour and chain block, tie pad, gas cutter as per site requirement with help of HOT crane to out side of pump house.
Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above E&M Euipments up to the site including charges of heavy labour etc.
