Sub Head - I : Operation and Maintenance Operation and Periodical Maintenance of 33 KV/433V sub station, 5x750 KVA DG sets, Internal and External Electrical Installations of Integrated Terminal Building, New Sub Station, AAI Residential Colony, Amenities in Car Parking & near ITB, Car Parking & ITB Road St. Lighting, Internal and External Electrical Installations of old terminal building , MT pool , CISF barrack ,cargo division, Approach Road & old and new Car Parking Lights etc. by deploying adequate manpower as per the conditions of contract involving operation, repairs & maintenance / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis, maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract on all day including Sundays & Holidays.

Sub Head - I : Operation and Maintenance Coordination for renewal of CEA Licence at New terminal Building and runway power house by providing assistance in submission of drawings, reports, documents etc. including getting site inspection by CEA authorities to obtain approval of licence and submission to AAI. Statutory govt. fees shall be paid by AAI derectly to CEA. Any associated works if necessary as per CEA observation during inspection shall be carried out by AAI through the AMC as required.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Transportation of diesel from AAI authorised petrol pump to power house( to and fro 08 KM) in 200 Ltr. barrels/ drums including loading/ unloading (for 600- 800 Ltr.) per trip as and when required.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Annual maintenance contract of Rockwell automation make (model : Allen Bradley) Micrologix 1400 PLC for automatic operation of 5 nos. of D.G. sets (AMF panel with synchronization).including control circuit from DG Sets to AMF panels, AMF panels, and other LT panels in Sub-Station.

The letters in Hindi and English will be electro cut computerised automated to be transferred on existing polycarbonate sheet after removing the existing vinyl sticker complete as directed by engineer-in -charge as and when required.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Painting of Fire fighting equipments i.e. Pumps, Hose cabinets, Pipes etc. with two coats of red synthetic enemel paint as approved by engineer-in-charge after scrubbing and cleaning the old paint from the existing surface.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Painting of Street light Poles of height more than 7 m and upto 9 m with one coat of primer and two coats of approved alumminium paint after scrubbing and cleaning the old paint complete from the existng surface.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Painting of checkered plate/ Earth pit cover with two coat of black enamel paint after scrubbing and cleaning the old paint complete from the existng surface.

Sub Head - II : Repair and Painting Works Lettering of maximum 2" size (Alpha/ Numerical) on the existing surface of feeder pillar / panel/ earth pits with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as approved by engineer-in-charge etc. as required.
