Supply , erection, Installation and commissioning of 16 Meter high mast pole suitable for 8 Nos LED flood light, symmetrical (Material construction of high mast sheet shall be of BSEN 10025/IS 5986 Gr Fe 510) High mast pole shall be in two section,with plate thickness of top section as 3mm and bottom section as 4mm hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3, Three point suspension system. It shall also include foudation as per manufacuture & drawing & scope of work shall also be deemed to include the following:- (a) Galvanised Lantern carriage arranegment suitable for 8 luminaires symmetrically & lts control gear boxes and lightning finial and with 03 point suspension system. (b) Double drum winch motor and manual method of operation tested load drum 500 kgs. (c) Stainless steel wire rope 6mm dia 7/19 construction conforming to AISI-316 grade. (d) The mast shall have an integral power tool 1.5 HP 1400 RPM single speed Reversible 415 Volt, installed inside the base compartment for its operation.(e) 01 No LEd type Aviation obstruction light. (f) Service Wiring feeder to flood light with multistranded copper conductor cable with double run for one standby cable. (g) Design costing of suitable RCC Foundation with Concrete grade for high mast considering SBC of soil as 10 T/sqm (after cutting of concrete & bituminous road and incl bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts washers, anchor plates and templates etc and including PCC (1:2:4) for panel grounting, complete all as per manufacuturers instructions subject to approval of the GE. (j) Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factorymade tested, LT feeder pillar box outdoor type (CPRI approved). The panel shall be dust and vermin proof , IP 65 class protection and made out of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x4mm thick angle iron frame work. powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside double door openable type, with aprons for cable entry, internal wiring with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, FRLSH cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 10 Sqmm . 2 Nos danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white of size 25 x 20cm with appropriate size nuts, bolts and washers etc indicating the voltage and danger in Hindi and english complete all as specified and directed, The following items/accessories shall also be deemed to be incuded and accomdated in the above panel:-(i) Stag type 4 way terminal (I/P) 63 Amps- 1 No (PCb 150 ACBC). Supply and fixing LED flood light fitting saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and individual high lumen LED with secondary optics of capacity 200 Watt with minimum 120 Lm/watt, 240 volts AC 50Hz BIS mark potted driver, IP 66 protection including two years on site warranty from manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing of XLPE insulated armored (under ground ) heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes/in floor road/along the pole etc all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for poles, stay , cable, pipe etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in any type of soil all as specified & as directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil all as specified & as directed.

M & L for horizontally Boring/Drilling (horizontally) using ultrasound technique/any other suitable mechanical means manually with necessary tools and machine for passing approx 1 metre depth in soil and of suitable size as required at site below existing road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging the existing surface getting out & disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr fron the site of work complete all as specified and directed

Supply/ laying & fixing double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes of size 63mm outer dia and 50mm inner dia conforming to IS 16205 (Part-24) including all accessories i.e all type of joints sockets, elbows, bends and end caps etc. all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with GI strip 25 X 4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of copper, earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40 mm dia (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch or as directed including providing funnel with 20mm dia(medium grade) bore galvanised iron pipe, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) PCC with suitable handle complete all as specified and as directed.
