REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT TO PCC FLOORING, INTERLOCKING, VITRIFIED CHEQUERED TILES, FENCING AND GATES, FOOTPATHS, RETAINING WALL, PLINTH PROTECTION AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORKS AT AF STATION LAITKOR PEAK UNDER GE (I) (AF) SHILLONG

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates exceeding 10 cm in width and getting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for walling random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining walls, wing walls, abutment and the likes complete all as specified. Note: Precast PCC bond stone will be measured and paid seperarely against item here-in-after

Extra over stone walling, random rubble brought upto courses, for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depressions on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in , copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates complete all as specified.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.
