Note: i. Submission of quotations against each item listed from S. No. 1 to 41 is mandatory. No item shall be left unquoted under any circumstances. ii. Partial quotation for the items listed from S. No. 1 to 41 is strictly prohibited. Any quotation submitted with missing items or incomplete coverage shall be treated as non-responsive and may result in outright disqualification of the bidder’s financial proposal. iii. The quantities and specifications of the items listed in the table may be subject to change as per actual requirements including furniture and graphics. Bidders are required to submit their quotations keeping in view this variability and must be prepared to supply additional quantities or items, if demanded, at short notice and under the same terms and conditions as quoted initially. iv. The successful bidder shall ensure the ability to supply any of the listed items, including increased quantities or additional requirements, at short notice as may be communicated by the Purchaser. Failure to comply with such last-minute requirements may attract penalties and/or termination of the contract. v. All quotations must remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of submission. During this validity period, no revision in rates will be entertained. vi. Payment shall be released strictly on the basis of verification and certification of the actual work executed and the materials supplied in conformity with the approved quotation submitted by the bidder. vii. Non-compliance with any of the above conditions, submission of incomplete information, or concealment of facts shall render the bid liable for rejection without any further correspondence.
