Improvement to Domkutch Dam (MIP) under DRIP (Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement Project) Phase II for the year 2022-23.

Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 1 meter girth on open space between 50% to 70% on pre-measurement including removal of debris and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and de-lifts etc, with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil in embankments, roads etc. maximum laboratory dry density not less than 1.44 Gm/1.52Gm/1.65Gm per cubic cm in road embankment respectively upto 3m/ more than 3m. high and top 0.5m below sub-grade level with in within initial lead of 50m and 1.5m initial lift from approved borrow pit 5m away from the toe of final section of the road embankment bottom of pit not being cut by an imaginary line having a slope 1:4 projected from the edge of final section of the bank including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth upto required level including removal of roots, shrubs, bushes and all foreign debris from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning and cambering the earth work cost and conveyance of all material as per specification of work and direction of EIC & to be measured after compaction under OMC condition(100cum) including cost of controlled compaction with PRR watering upto OMC.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc inter spread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete labour, T&P, cess etc completed but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Watering earth work in dam embankment up to OMC involving all cost of arrangements with all leads, lifts and de-lifts and compaction with suitable power roller/ sheep foot roller and track dozer / vibratory plate compactor or any approved compaction equipment to 95% of Proctor density including making arrangements for supply of water complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurements to be taken on the finished compacted section of fill under OMC Condition and no extra payment will be made for partially compacted earth work on the slope beyond designed section).

Providing stone riprap to the slopes of earth dam and dyke with quarried and blasted granite stone boulders of size 0.30m and above including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones and wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads and lifts complete as directed by the EIC.(No deduction towards voids in finished section).

Removing old revetments and aprons and stacking the same for reuse with all leads, lifts & delifts and repacking with the useful old stones to proper slope and level with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work including filling the interstices with small stones, bond stones by wedging & hammering etc. complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification on compacted surfaces of earth dam or dykes for filter blanket and other horizontal filter zone to proper thickness including surface dressing within initial lead completed as directed by the EIC.

Fine dressing and turfing with one extra lead and 5 extra lift to the slopes of the dam and embankment with best compacted dub grass sods including periodical watering till the survival of turf with all leads and lifts complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The measurement will be taken after survival of sods) crystalline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads and lifts including dewatering from foundation if necessary complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

CC M15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm downgraded mixed in concrete mixture including cost of all materials ,machineries and laborer with all lead for materials up to the mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete within initial lead of 50m and laying in dams, barrages, power house and pen stock with all lift/delft up to 1.50m height above average ground level etc. complete in all respect to proper slope & level with all cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge..

Providing Cement Concrete M25 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, (excluding cost, carriage of M.S. rod and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod, GST) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bars reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

16 mm. thick cement plaster (1:8) for stone work with all cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes with all leads, lifts and delifts to work site including watering, curing, etc. complete as Directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying, and stacking moorum in regular box heaps measured as 1.5X1.5X0.44 of approved specification on compacted surface of earth dam or dyke for pre-measurement including transportation of moorum and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on approved surface to the specified thickness and consolidation by watering, ramming or with H.R,R. to the required level with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with supply all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer in charge

R.S. Dry packing in aprons and revetments in all heights with hard broken stone 15cm to 30cm size in all direction (Weighing 140 Lbs/Cft) and above size of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stones including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work to proper slope and level etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer in charge (Minimum 1/6 volume will be deducted towards voids)

Supplying and spreading 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of transportation to be added).

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for RCC works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for foundation & plinth).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits (excluding all lifts and leads & transporting to site) spreading, grading to required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specification of Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Laying Sub-Base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C condition with PRR, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tones in stages to proper grad & camber, applying & booming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specification for Roas & Bridge works (4th Revision) (BT ROAD PORTION WBM Grade-II)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grad & camber, applying & booming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specification for Roas & Bridge works (4th Revision) (BT ROAD PORTION WBM Grade-III)

Providing and applying PRIMER COAT with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MOSRT & H Specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.20 mm to 5.60 mm Size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kg. Penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR ,hot mix plant , bitumen boilers and all T & P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen ,complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 6 mm thick Percolated Seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm Size crushed stone chips as per sieve analysis and 6.80 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm. Including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all T & P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with K.B. bricks 25cmx 12cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg / cm2 with dimensional tolerance +_ percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum etc. complete in all respect as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C in M20 grade using 20 mm downgraded size crusher broken granite metal of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin and foreign materials including mixing the materials by use of concrete mixture and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 0.15 m in depth to required level curing vibrating with vibrators finishing etc with all leads lifts and delifts complete in all respect to proper profile and leveling including dewatering if necessary and cost, conveyance and royalty and other taxes etc of complete materials including hire & running charges of machineries complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge(Excluding cost of MS rod),

Supplying and fixing of front steel gate with locking arrangement including fabricating, painting, cost of all material, T&P and labour etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Anti termite treatment as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
