M & L for grinding of Dholpur stone in wall surfaces and make free from dark spots and stains including polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall, racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished fair & even without extra cement, cement mortar mixed with WPC @ 3% of weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC measured & paid for separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces finished fair & even, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces, plastered or unplastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound disemper over one coat of oil base primer all as specified on walls surface.Incl a coat of 3mm wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed(Note- painting work shall be applied with rollers).

M&L preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, including knotting and stoping and applying two coats of systhetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed..

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coats of plastic emulsion paint interior quality any shade over old painted surface including preparation of wall surface complete all as specified and directed(Note- painting work shall be applied with rollers).

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping etc, and applying one coat of cement base paint of any tint/shade complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls/roof projection including facia, cornices etc.by scrapping with mechanical sander ( having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc. complete all as specified and directed(Note- rate for necessary scaffolding & arrangement for working upto 15 Mtr height)

M & L preparation of old brick, stone, concrete, AC or decorated plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L applying minimum 2mm(avg) thickness birla wall care putty over preparation of surface to achive the surface even and smooth for painting.

M&L applying two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shad (company Depot Tinted ) with silicon additives 2 1.43litre/10 Sqm over and including pring coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed (Note- (i) Primer and emmulsion shall be carried out through air less spary mechanical machine. (ii) rate for necessary scaffolding & arrangement for working upto 15 Mtr height).
