Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, Two sand, Four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement,one and half sand & three course aggregate)using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors as per standard specification.
