As being E-tender there is no provision of sending/receiving documents but other documents which may be uploaded with the bid for establishing firm's status are :- contractor may upload the digitally signed tender document.- Documents pertaining to establishing firm's technical as well as financial credentials may be attached.- GSTIN details must be uploaded.- Partnership deed, Power of attorney, if any should be attached.- Memorandum of association, Article of association, Board or shareholder's resolution, if any should be attached. Bank Details (i.e. Bank A/c no, A/c holder name, Bank name with address, branch, branch code, IFSC code, MICR code, type of bank a/c, PAN no, cancelled CTS cheque of the same.) must be attached.
Firm must comply the statutory regulations (like minimum wages, ESI, EPF etc.) as specified in the tender document and GCC. This is mandatory condition for the successful execution of the contract. Firm has to abide these conditions.
