Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible type pump sets with motors and allied mechanical and electrical components/ items as per manufacturer’s recommendations and guide lines, and as per the scope of the work at site. Providing/supplying and fitting of 100 mm M.S flanged delivery main to be connected with existing rising main at site. The job includes providing and welding of M.S Flanges 12 mm thickness. The flanges shall be double welded both from inside and outside of the pipe using standard electrode of reputed make. The cost on account of supply/ fabrication of bends and providing/ fitting of flanges is included in the job. (Complete Job).

Providing and fitting of 100 mm dia Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/ sluice valves as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units P.N rating 1.0.The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with rising main of the pumping unit at appropriate spots as per site requirement (Complete Job).

Providing and fitting of 100 mm dia Ductile Iron double flanged, Slanted seat swing check valve( NRV) as per IS 5312 P.N rating 1.0.The job includes providing and fitting of 02 nos. M.S flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve which shall be fitted with rising main of the pumping unit at appropriate spots as per site requirement (Complete Job).

Gantry over sump :- Fabrication, Providing, Fitting of MS Gantry Over sump with 02 Nos. vertical Columns. The Gantry fabricated out of ISMB-100, 3.25 mts long placed face to face. 300X300mm MS plates 12mm thick fitted on top and bottom side of column .Bottom plate welded to the reinforcement of the sump and grouted in 1Mx1Mx1M PCC 1:1.5:3 mix. ISMB-100,3mts long is to be placed and welded to the top plate of the columns .The job also includes Providing and Fitting of 2-tonne capacity chain pulley block with monorail along with hoisting chain (Complete Job).

Providing and Fitting of 50 mm23.5 core ,Al PVC insulated Cable, armouredfor internal connectionscrimping, taping etc. Note:- The cable terminal ends for connection to switchgear at various requisite points shall be Al. Thimbles and of appropriate size and connected by hydraulic crimp tool only (Complete Job).

Providing and fitting of 4-Core 16 mm2 flat /circular submersible copper cable conforming to IS: 694 (Part 1st) – 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) - 1964 for Submersible Pumping Unit and other electrical Equipment’s. The cable connections terminal shall be fitted with copper thimbles of required size (Complete Job).

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of Main Electric control panel of appropriate size fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet having required openings/vents and protection Class : IP-55 & fitted with accessories as under: a) Bus bar Chamber: 160 Amperes(TPN) b) Main Circuit Breaker (Incomer MCCB) Qty:- = 01 No Current Rating = 160 Amp. c) Change over Switch: Qty. = 01 No. Rating = 160 Ampere....Contd... as per Annexure-A.

Electrification. Providing/Fitting of lighting and fan points (06) in 1.5 mm multi strand single core cable carried through 1 dia. PVC pipe junction box, bends, clips and fitted with 5-Amp switches with 15 watt LEDinside and outside pump house and heating points (02) in 2.5 mm multi strand single core cable fitted with 15-Amp socket switch cabin on Hylum plate (Complete Job).

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 50KVA voltage stabilizer as per specifications below: Type of voltage controller: Manually operated copper wound, single-phase, AC power supply multi step. Type of Regulator : Plate type with electrolytic copper contacts. Input voltage : 180-220 volts.( single phase) Output voltage : 220 ±5% volts.
