Provding and laying water proofing coating having three coats of rain jackets @ 15 sqft/kg over a priming coat of water proofing paint @10sqft/kg including mesh of size 800 microns with total thickness of 900 to 1000 microns forming high elastic and resilient coating to UV rays and non toxic in nature with minimum life of 10 years complete in all respect as per directon and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3(1cement :3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Making khurras45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet .
