Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Nallah Stones.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and in -eluding priming coat with cement primer

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 1 Okg/sqm (4mm thick) float Rate for thickness of glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt· shutters in mm per sqm hinf!eS bright finished of required size with necessary 35 30 screws. second class Kail wood

Applying priming coat: with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Carriage of sand and stone aggregates from an average lead up to 3 Km by Mechanical Transport.

Carriage of cement from an average lead up to 210 Kms by Mechanical Transport.
