Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:6) and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finished surface should be even and smooth including liquid WPC @ 0.2% by weight of cement complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular surface of Ceiling with cement mortar 1:4, (when specifically ordered) finished even to receive the 5 mm thick cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete as in ceiling of slab/Chajjas finished even and smooth without using extra cement including filling of extra depth with micro concrete where as required all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including application of approved brand wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004 alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior emulsion paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon addtitives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note : Making grooves (of uniform size 15 mm x 15 mm) shall be included in quoted rates.

M & L for complete removal existing treatment from old decorated surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of required shade and colour, over a coat of primer, including 1 mm thick approved brand wall care putty, as per manufacturer's specification, including preparation complete all as specified and directed
