Part I - Construction of Compound wall and fencing arrangements in Srilankan Refugees Houses (Adiannamalai Camp) in Samudiram Village at Nallavanpalayam Panchayat

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four M.Sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton.

(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and five M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358

Fencing arrangements

Earth work excavation and depositing onsides with initial lead of 10 meter and initial lift of 2 meters in sand,silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS 20 B

Supply of Precast Post for chain link fencing purpose of size 2.10 x 0.15 X0.15m including all cost and conveyance of materials to work site and all charges etc., complete.

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour chages etc.,

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing of 2cm x 2cm x 10Gauge including cost and conveyance of all materials to worl site and all kind labour charges and all charges for tools, machinerices and equipements etc., completed

Part II: Construction of Arch at Entrance in Srilankan Refugees Houses (Adiannamalai Camp) in Samudiram Village at Nallavanpalayam Panchayat

Earthwork excavation in hard soil with intral lead and lift asper SS 20B for foundation

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.
