Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 22000 volts grade, of size 3 core 300 sq mm

M&L steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate Continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) includind two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface aftereraction in position incl prepration of surface, complete all as specified and directed.( earth work ,PCC and copping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supply and install cross arms ,bracing,support,clamps channals, grill work etcfabricated from structural steel section including nuts bolts and washers of any size or as directed including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer completed all as direcded.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole

M & Laying PCC type D2 1:4:8 ,using 40 mm graded crushed aggregate as in foundation fillings and mass conctere complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix lightning arrestor HT 22 KV 10 KA station class all as specified and directed.

M & L for Danger Notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vetrious enameled white with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones and signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size dor HT 25X20 cm

M&L Disc Insulator porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, brown, assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, 22000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.09 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm factory made embossed the mark “HT CABLE” laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom and provided 12 mm hole (staggered ) at 75 mm centre up to2.5 meter of length from bottom, burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm length alternate layer of chemical magnesium sulphaste ,charcoal and salt upto ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthinglead upto 7.5 mtrs by means of nut and bolt ,check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection pipe with earth pit and precasted RCC pit cover complete all as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing . Note :- Test report will be provided by the contractor after completion of earthing .

Supply and fix Voltage transformer of Ratio 22000/RT3/110/RT3V ,IS 3156-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Supply and fix Current transformer of Ratio 50-100-200/5-5A,IS 2705-1992 with Frequency 50 Hz class B type Phase to earth secondry-1 winding 110/3V, 50VA complete all as specified and as directed. Model No-ECS22F.Make-URJA or equivalent to -Schnider /ABB

Rubber mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 3 mm , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

S & F Plates 6 mm (chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A ,all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Galvanised iron chain link fencing 3mm dia wire and 50X50mm mesh including line wire standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS angle iron 50x50x 8 mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & Laying PCC type C2 1:3:6 ,using 40 mm graded crushed aggregate as in copping and mass conctere complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 22 KV HT cable route marker in MS round Plate of dia 15 cm x 8 mm thick welded to AI 50 x 50 x 5 mm x 1.0 Mtr long, painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Black Colour) duly mentioning "22 KV HT" in 25 mm MS letter grouted in PCC C2 1:3:6 type ,using 40 mm graded crushed aggregate as in foundation all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in substation premises including cleaning of substation complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge .
