REPAIR TO BED PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246)

Material and labour for in replacement of top of bed ply wood with 12 mm thick commercial plywood, BWR grade, ISI marked of make Kit ply/century ply/green ply fixed on the top of bed plywood with screws complete, all specified and shown in drawing and directed .

Material and labour for in replacement of leg using old serviceable short rail obtained from respective item including cutting and made to shape and size of leg complete, all specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Material and labour for in replacement of long rail of bed ply wood of required size made of well seasoned 1st class teak wood, complete, all specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Material and labour for in replacement of short rail using old serviceable long rail obtained from here in before including cutting and made to shape and size of short rail complete, all specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Material and labour for in replacement of unserviceable head board of bed ply wood with new head board complete all as per drawing and specified and directed.

Material and labour for in replacement of unserviceable foot board of bed ply wood with new foot board complete all as per drawing and specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old / new wooden surfaces of any description by scrapping, rubbed down by emery paper including filled up the cracks and pores with a paste and putty and applying two coats of French polish of approved quality with high gloss finish complete all specified and directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe With Nylon Newar (FD-220) :-

Material and labour for in replacement of 12 mm thick plywood top , commercial type, BWR grade, ISI marked of (Make : Century ply/ Kit ply / green ply), in single piece fixed on existing charpoy GI pipe after tightening of frame of charpoy if required including nuts, bolts of not less than 8mm dia and GI washers (minimum 10 Nos.for each charpoy) and taking out existing nylon newar complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron 850 mm long of size 40mmx5 mm, welded to long rails horizontally (one end of each long rail) at equal distance including necessary cuttings, weldings , drilling holes where required for fixing plywood and painting to flat iron piece with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling / opening / loosening of GI charpoy as deemed necessary, taking out defective long rail and Supply & fixing new long rail made of 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, ISI marked, including necessary drilling, threading, etc. and reassembling the charpoy tight and fit complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed. Make of Pipe : JINDAL.

Material and labour for short rail of GI Charpoy made from long rail retrieved from Srl item No. 10.03 above including necessary cutting, threading, welding, etc. and re-assembling the charpoy tight and fit including taking out defective short rail complete all as specified and shown in drg. and directed.

Material and labour for leg of GI Charpoy made from short rail retrieved from Srl item No. 10.04 above including necessary cutting, threading, welding, etc. including provision of MS plate 32mm dia 3mm thick to bottom of leg black painted with all edges of plate grinded to eliminate sharp edges and re-assembling the charpoy tight and fit including taking out defective leg complete all as specified and shown in drg. and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of elbow, 32mm dia, heavy duty, ISI marked for GI pipe charpoy complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI check nut hexagonal, 32mm bore for GI pipe charpoy complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS plate/wooden plug and S&F 6 mm thick and 32mm dia MS Plate welded to bottom of each leg of GI Charpoy including grinding of extra material complete complete all as specified and shown in drawing and directed.

Bed Hard Steel (FD/E6/MAP/08(R))

Material and labour for for in replacement of top of bed ply wood with 12 mm thick commercial plywood, BWR grade, ISI marked of make Kit ply/century ply/green ply fixed on the top of bed plywood with screws fixed with existing mild steel GI bolts of 6mm dia of suitable lengths including washers and nuts complete, all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed .

Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Bed Hard Steel including preparation of surface complete, rest all as shown on drg and directed.

Material and labour in reapir of head board of size 635 mm X 200 mm made from 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side decorative finish shade as approved by GE complete including removal of damaged head board all as specified on drawing and directed.

Material and labour in reapir of foot board of size 635 mm X 200 mm made from 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade both side decorative finish shade as approved by GE complete including removal of damaged head board all as specified on drawing and directed.

Material and labour for for in replacement of Rubber shoe and new rubber shoe of size 25mm square to be fixed as per sample

M&L for in replacement of plywood from Charpoy IP Hard top with new 12mm thick plywood top of size 1980mmx900mm BWP grade type ISI markded (Make:National/Assam Gold/Green ply/Centry ply) fixed with existing mild steel GI bolts of 6mm dia of suitable lengths including washers and nuts all as specified in drg and directed.

Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Bed Hard Steel including preparation of surface complete, rest all as shown on drg and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old / new steel surfaces of any description by scrapping, rubbed down by emery paper and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for in replacement of Rubber shoe with new rubber shoe of size 25mm square to be fixed as per sampled .FD/MAP-II/01.of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
