Operation of 132/33 KV SCADA based S/S round the clock in 03 shift of 08 hours each by a team comprising of following technical personal for operation of S/S equipments alongwith maintaining of substation records.

Preventive Maintenance of complete S/S equipments, lighting of switch yard, Thermal scanning of switch yard and control room etc round the clock with a team comprising the following technical personels.

General cleaning control room office, building, road, committee romm etc also cleaning of toilets etc daily in a year. (including consumable, toiletries) sweeper- 01 Nos
Cable trench Cleaning once in a year of Complete Sub-Station properly as per direction of supervising Engineer works includes all labour T&P man power to complete the job satisfactrioly
Maintenance of lawn and gardens daily in a year including proper cutting of ornamental plants and cutting of lawn grass its maintenance, inclusive of consumables as per direction of supervising Engineer. (Part time mali-01 nos)
Cleaning of complete switch yard of S/S by cutting grass 2 times in the year as per direction of supervising engineer works includes all labour T&P man power to complete the job satisfactrioly. ( Switch yard area appoximate- 9250 sq. mm)
