Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with porper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to existing RCC roof slab complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in coving, roof kerbs including benching etc including necessary formwork and finished rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on green fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 for receive the roof finishes with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue / dirt, oil, Greece or similar material. Thereafter crack treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning based sealent including application of Pu based primer all as directed Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of epoxy primer @ 0.15 Kg per Sqm followed by two coats of polyurethane coating with 1.5 Kg per sqm in two coats etc complete per manufacturer specification and as directed by Garrison Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Sl item Nos. 4 & 5: 1. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 3mm as per AS NZ 4548. (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure.

(iv) Tensile strength should not less than 2.0 N/sq.mm for free film & 60% solid content as per ASTM C 1250. (v) Elongation should not less than 300% as per ASTM D2370. (vi) Solid content by weight should not less than 60%. (vii) Air / water permeability BSEN 12390 AT 5 bar -72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0mm. (viii) Accelerated weathering (ASTM453) should Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire - non inflammable. 2. The work shall be executed thru auth applicator of manufacturer only. Contarctor has to provide manufacturer test certificates for the above mentioned technical parameters and PVs 3. The conractor has to submit the guarntee for 10 Years against the water proofing treatment. Make: Bostic, Berger, Fosroc, sika, Asian.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in benching, coping, kerbs and the likes including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid WPC of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter any type including hood covers, top covers for carrying out repairs / replacement of worn out parts such as brackets, guide, shaft, pulleys, gear wheels, gear boxes and straightening partition, side patti, press button, rails, tightening end clips, cleaning and greasing the parts in good condition and refixing for shutter area upto 15 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares replaced will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Copper strips forming One Square Metre grid jointly of surface by pasting suitable adhesive and connect the same to earthing point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, inspection boxes / test point boxes 250 x 150 x 100 mm made out of 16 gauge MS sheet with top cover including provision of fixing of 2 Nos epoxy insulator with and including insulating PVC sheet for incoming and outgoing copper strip for proper insulation etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth countinuity conductor fixed with saddels and fixing screws etc as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, epoxy based insulator of size 40 mm height fixed on walls / PCC blocks / on floor / on MS angle / on towers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing in repairs with copper earth plate electrode of 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (in any type of strata), earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to 20 x 3.15 mm copper strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including excavation / earth work in any type of strata, watering pipe with funnel, PCC chamber with PCC cover slab without GI protection pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Strip / wire beyond 7.5 mtr in length shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F, copper plate 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick fixed to floor by means of brass nuts / bolts and duly connected to ESDS system complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, indicator for electrostatic discharge (ESD) made out of 300 x 300 x 3 mm MS sheet fixed on and including 25 x 25 x 3 mm angle iron post and writing letters for indication of ESD complete all as specified and directed.
