Taking down defective burn out electric driven motor of capacity 15 HP working on 3 phase, 440 volts 50 Hz, duly disconnecting electric and mechanical connection from pump and transport to civil workshop, dismantling and opening the motor into parts and taking out burn out starter winding, cleaning, servicing slots etc. drying all parts and sort out defective spares, rewinding the starter winding with suitable size of super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials, varnishing, heating up starter winding in heating chamber, reassembling after replacement of defective parts/spares, transporting to site and reinstalled, mounting to its original position including coupling with respective pump and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical support etc. including painting to motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour including preparation of old painted surfaces complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares parts for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under "Supply only" items.

Taking out suction pipe of 10 HP non clogging sewage pump along with foot valve from the sewage pump by the help of chain pully,rope, etc. dismantling the foot valve from suction pipe, clean the foot valve properly and get free from all foreign materials, reassembling the foot valve to the pipe and lowering to the sewage sump and connect properly to the sewage pump and satisfactory running of the pump complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement power contactor 3 pole 25 amps. Make L&T ( MNX25) or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Disconnect and dismantling including taking down carefully alternator from 32.5 KVA DG Set for rewinding Stator , cleaning heating, varnishing including servicing dully disconnect all electrical connection and other mechanical supports, transporting the alternator to work shop, opening into parts cleaning the stator, rotor, bearing, current collector assy with cleaning such as cotton waste cotton rags etc. soldering/brazing the broken/loose connection and reassembling the same after replacement of defective spares and transport the same from workshop to site and mounting its to original position including complete testing complete all as directed.

Disconnect and dismantling including taking down carefully battery charging alternator of 12 Volts for DG Set , transporting to Workshop, opening into parts cleaning, servicing, rewinding of alternator with super enamel copper conductor with existing gauge including connecting up and testing complete all as directed.

Repair/Servcing of Diesel Engine Make : Jaksons Ltd directly coupled with alternator of 180 KVA capacity including draining out the existing engine oil from the bottom of the oil sump and checking the entire serviceability system of DG set, replacement the old filters with new one, filling with new engine oil, cleaning of cooling line replacement of Fan belt if defective and filling with new coolent at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New Spares as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully defective fuel injection pump assembly in whole, Make- Motor Pal including nozzle injector of 180 KVA diesel generating set duly disconnecting all mechanical supports and opening in authorised Company work shop ( Motor Pal ), opening the FIP assembly and cleaning the spares and drying up the same sort out the defective parts and reassembling FIP after replacement of defective spares including calibration and setting, taken back the FIP from Company work shop and reinstalled in existing position duly reconnect all disconnected mechanical supports and fuel lines etc. all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Mild steel OHT of 20 mtr staging height at Main pump house CDA Narangi, capacity 25,000 Gallons, using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) "Date of cleaning" shall be written over the outer surface at appropriate level to be decided by Engineer-in-charge with synthetic enamel paint of letters not less than 100mm height and the cost of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate of the contractor.

Supply and installation with testing complete of Digital water level Indicator device, operating on single p-hase supply, direst display in 19 mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of sumps / over head tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit with one minute auto off alarm. The entire unit must operate through a compact electronic circuit , which must ensure reliable operation at 230 Volts +/- 5 % with reliable in digit display % alarm at low and high level of Sump/ overhead Tank . The level system ( Resistance transducer ) , must be uneffected by corrosion and other contacts available in water . The product must be controlled by micro switch ( should not be sensor system. The whole unit must be electronically controlled and uperr level and lower level indicator must be highly sensitive MICRO SWITCH and the complete unit must be in two parts. Each complete part must be fitted in MSCRC sheet box separately , one must be installed at sump / Over head tank and second at Pump House with proper powder coatings paints. The required flexible copper cable of 0.5 sqmm , 3 core size and PVC conduit for protection of cable from sump / Over head TAnk to Pump House for connection the both unit shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate of the contractor complete all as specified and directed

Materials and Labour Cross arms, bracing, supports,clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drills holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete including dismantling and taking down old unserviceable all as specified and directed.
