(Air Walker outdoor type)_ Providing, designing and fixing of air swing in pair of size 100x550x1480mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.5mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia all pipes mades up fo hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped gal & powder coated . All pipe are welded with joints as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all level welding points prior to finishing. pedals and base plate cover shall be made of plastic with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and uv resistant . bearing used shall be maintenance free,duly oil sealed and self lubricated. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI/LLDPE caps fo user sfaety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shape welded bolts and once the concerte is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate. All complete as per direction and aproval of engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipments etc.

(Leg Press outdoor type)- Providing , designing and fixing of leg press of size 200x550x1600mm fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and 2.54mm thick and rest of the pipe 40mm dia of all pipes made up off hard rolled tubular steel and hard dipped gal & powder coated. All pipes of welded with joints as necessary and dressed of removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint t ne appllied at all welding point prior to finishing. Pedals & Base palte cover shall be made of plastic with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and UV resistant . Bearing used shall be maintened free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated . All open ends of pipes tobe closed by GI/LLDPE caps for user .
