CERTAIN MISC REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE ETC , CLEANING CLEARING OF BLOCKAGES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT TS MAHUL, BCF NSD MANKHURD UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

cleaning /clearing of blockage of gully traps, floor traps, vertical and horizontal soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines( PVC/SGW/ CI/RCC of any dia) except cleaning of manholes including opening inspection eye door of bend/ branch pieces, rodding till smooth flow and refixing of door after cleaning and any other cleaning work as directed by engr-in-charge in the area of the TS Mahul, BCF, NSD Mankhurd under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: (a) Contractor's labour will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days at online complain cell centre and attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch etc and any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from one area/location to other area/location to attend complaints, plugging of sewer and diverting flow of sewage if necessary to carry out the work and removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. (d) the work for this item will be completed minimum 11 months from the commencement of the work and minimum 01 manpower will be reported to this office daily from the commencement of the work and extra manpower in addition of 01 may also be provided based on urgent requirement and no extra payment will be paid on this account.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L for reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 300 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 200mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 200 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 150mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L reinforced concrete pipe class NP 2 laid and jointed complete with collars 150 mm dia & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Cleaning manhole of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage (incl. all water etc) from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 m and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing in trenches including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 cm including all necessary excavation of earth work, returning filling, removal of surplus soil and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening cover of manhole/septic tank exc 1.5 m depth, dewatering and pumping out night sludge etc from septic tank by mechanical means and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position taking all precautionary and safety measures all as directed. Note: All T&P and transportation for carrying sludge shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, septic tank etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form, moulds etc and including taking out/removal of existing unserviceable cover slab from manholes /septic tank complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness as in cover slabs etc. and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia ,cut to length , bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work; flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chlips) complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on wall etc. including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 as in bed to drain pipe, 100mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including necessary shuttering and supports to concrete & M&L for100mm internal dia sail glazed stone-ware drain pipe Grade'A' laid in trenches and jointed & Dismantling any type of pipe including requisite excavation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains. including demolition of cement concrete in ground floors (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thickness and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 CM inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, fillings and mass concrete below ground level including demolition of old/existing concrete below ground level of any description n.exc 15cm thick and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite distance complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M & L for brick work in CM (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks strainght or curved as curved as required on plan exc 6mtrs mean radius etc. including demolition of old masonry of any description and removal of debris outside MD land upto requisite distance & M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on the fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting CM 1:6 in mortar ,Type B1,1:3:6,(20mm graded aggregate) including demolition of old masonry of any description and removal of debris outside MD land upto requisite distance & M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on the fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including finishing the surface of top layer even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including necessay scaffolding upto 20mtr height and removing grass, roots of plants, dry leaves, broken branches etc at any place on bldg complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work including demolition of old concrete any description and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite distance complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection and PCC path, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work finishing exposed edges fair and cutting of requisite joints @ 1.5m to 2m along the length of plinth protection and filling with requisite material including demolition of old concrete of any description and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite distance complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Preparation of old surfaces on walls (plastered or unplastered or previously white washed) by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old decorated surfaces on walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding upto 15m height complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of old decorated surfaces on walls, preparation for distempering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc and levelling with minimum 1 mm thick white cement based wall care putty for obtaining plain surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces for applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over old surfaces including necessay scaffolding upto 20mtr height and removing grass, roots of plants, dry leaves, broken branches etc at any place on bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead and M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick as in floor laid in panels and finished top even and fair without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 100 mm thick concrete slab filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.(Any Size/Capacity)

M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof surface including removal of watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer in charge complete i) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, outside MD land ii) M&L for preparation of surface including cleaning of all dirts and provide screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and the following water proofing treatment in Accessible Roof/Inaccessible Roof & terrace, narrow width over the roof gutter of store houses or chajjas etc iii) Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 gm/Sqm manufacturer by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87-0-89 Kg litr at 25 c on the prepared dry roof surface provide and lay APP modified water proofing membrance reinforced with non wooven polyster matt with physical properties as under :- (aa) Membrane Weight - not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm (ab) Non woven polyster weight - 160 gm /Sqm (ac) Joint Tensile strength Longiutinal - 650 N/Sqcm Tranverseand longitudnal - 350/Sqcm (ad) Tear strength Longiutinal - 300N /cm Tranverse - 250N/cm Direction (ae) Impermeability underwater pressure 2Kgf/Sqcm (iv) APP membrane shall be laid using butaretorch by Torch on application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. The laying of membrance shall be got, done through an authroiset applicate of Manufacture of membrane. (v) Over the membrane provide a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium to inaccesible roof. paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer

M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof surface including removal of watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer in charge complete 1) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2) M&L 10 mm thick plaster or backing coat in CM (1:3) with WPC complete all as specified and directed. 3) M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing vertical surfaces to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a). The vertical surface shall be throughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried upto and cleaned overall foreign material and dust to receive primer. (b). The dry surface shall be primed with Torch shield primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane. (c). Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-before. (d). The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on butane application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. (e). The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course over RCC roof/ terrace surfaces to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC(water proofing compound) as per manufacturer's instructions, including demolition of old concrete of ant description complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only".

Supply only intergal water proofing compound. (ISI marked).

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in plinth protection and PCC path, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work finishing exposed edges fair and cutting of requisite joints @ 1.5m to 2m along the length of plinth protection and filling with requisite material including demolition of old concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Removal of plant growth from wall/roof projection or along the soil /rain water down pipe at any level by injection with chemical Glyphospate solution (410 concentration) of 20mm or till rufuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm inclding scafolding upto any ht.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2,1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken portion of toilet and bathroom including demolition of old concrete of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for special treatment for sunken portion of WC bath toilet kitchen etc executed in following stages stage 1 providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing chemical of Dr fixit or shalicrete R of STP ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturers instructions stage 2 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plastered surfaces Stage 3 Application of 1 st coat of tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1kg/sqm by brush all as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 4 Laying fibre glass cloth ( weight not less than 50 gm/sqm) over 1 st coat while the coated surface is still sticky Stage 5 After 6 to 7 hours iterval, apply second coat ie final coat of tarflet LM of STP ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1 kg/sqm by brush as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 6 Providing 10 mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250 ml/50Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7 Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. Notes: (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid.

M&L for Vitrified double charged Coloured Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including skirting with backing coat including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including skirting with backing coat including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 to recive tiles/stone slabs including skirting with backing coat including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x6-7mm thick/ 300x 450x6-7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match (dado) including 10 mm thick back coat of cement plaster on fair faces of brick work 1:3 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removing debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests with flush pipe of 32mm dia including 10 ltr capacity low level flushing cistern with necessary PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC/GE.

S&F in repairs vitreous China wash basin white, flat back size 550 x 400mm including 15mm dia fancy type pillar tap as approved by the GE, chromium plated CP waste coupling, chain and plug, waste fitting, union and waste pipe 32mm dia of required length and all necessary 450mm long outlet and inlet PVC connections pipes with PTMT check nuts complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F in repairs vitreous coloured China Europeon water closet (Pedestal Pattern) including 10 ltr capacity low level flushing cistern with necessary PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm long etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F uPVC vent cowl 75/110mm bore with and including rubber ring joints, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75/110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls all complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75/110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece single (Single Y/ Double Y ) any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 75/110mm bore PVC (SWR) bend any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including filling of joints with requisite grouting material and M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 including dismantling of existing tiles of any type and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base 75mm thick including demolition of old concrete of any description and removing the debris outside MD land upto requisite lead & M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block Coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade over and including 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified

M&L Precast cement concrete cover slabs 75mm thick and Crossectional area exc 0.36 Sqm and n.exc 0.5 Sqm each for drain cover and similar work with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of old concrete of any description complete all as speicified and directed.

Note : A SUM OF RS 11250.00 TOWARDS SCHEDULE OF CREDIT SHALL BE DEDUCTED TO ARRIVE THE CONTRACT SUM
