M & L for carrying out following on site Tests for 33 / 11 KV 3.15 MVA Transformer of any capacity with required / suitable testing equipment by Qualified and Licensed Personal, Recording Test Results and submitted to GE to keep on record duly signed by all concerned complete all as specified and as directed: [a] IR Test [b] PI [c] Magnetic Balance Test [d] Ratio test [e] Di-electric Test of Oil [f] Short Circuit Test [g] Vector Group [h] Winding Resistance [j] All test to be carried out as per applicable IS.

All as per item No. 01.00 but for 11 kv/ 0.433 KV transformer 1250 KVA

M & L for Repairs / Servicing of 33KV VCB indoor/outdoor type VCB having nominal system voltage 33KV highest system voltage 36KV interrupting capacity, frequency 50Hz, short circuit current 25KA, control circuit voltage 110V DC, of ABB make and comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Cleaning of Vacuum Interrupter Limbs for Dust, Oxidising and Decarbonising with CTC. [b] Repair / Servicing of Spring Loaded Operating Mechanism [c] Repair / Servicing of Spring Charging Motor [d] Checking, repairing & servicing of Gearbox, Auxiliary Switches, Spring, Limit Switch etc. complete [e] Checking & Repairing Electrical and Mechanical Operations [f] Checking & Repairing Remote Closing and Tripping of VCB from 33KV Control Panel. [g] Lubrication all Moving Parts with Petroleum Jelly & cleaning all Bushing Insulators with CTC [h] Tightening of all Mechanical Connections of Mechanism [i] Tightening of all HV and LV Connection of VCB. Note: Spares required for Servicing / Repairing of 36 KV Circuit Breaker shall be measured and separately under respective items of this BoQ at supply only rates.
