The tiles shoud have humudity resistance (RH) of 90% NRC 0.5% light reflectance shall be more than 85% thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057 W/mk. Colour shall be white, fire formance class 0/class 1 (BS 476) in module size of 600mm x 600mm x 15mm with bloblock coating on the face of tiles. Suitable for green building application with recycle content of 63%. The tiles shall be laid on arm strong silhouette profile grid system with 15mm with flanges incorporating 6mm central revel in white/black colour and with a web height of 45mm and load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 kg/sqm. Silhouette, main runner and cross runner shall have mitred end and birdsmouth notches to provides mitred junction. The Tee section have a galvanised of 125 gms/sqm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing galvanized steel tubing medium grade 20 mm bore with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour and 3 layer (cylindrical vertical trible layered with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 1000 litres including out let connection including dismantling / taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description, any capacity complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 20mm ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density polythene float and fly-nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, suitable for 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The mimimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing 15mm ball gun metel, glove or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast cop allow, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing 20mm gun metel, glove or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast cop allow, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement 450mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 25mm dia mild steel pipe coated with PVC sheets as in dray curtain rod with decorative end knobs complete with brackets and fixed on wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down wooden shutters only of any description area exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2 sqm each leaf and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The shutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as direction of Engr-in-Charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.

Supply & fixing glazed and skeleton factory made shutter (three panels), 35 mm thick of 2nd class hard wood (Hollock/Bonsom) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. Without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounted fitted with cut and miltred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8.20 (a) and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The shutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as direction of Engr-in-Charge. Supplying & fixing in replacement 300 mm MS ordinary rat tail rod pattern door spring including roller and roller plate and welding to frame as reqd complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceables tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / retengular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
