M & L for PCC 1:5:10, type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding to roof to maintain slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction's surface shall be finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment by cleaning of roof slab surfaces including sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane complete all as specified and directed as under : (a) M&L preparation of plaster surfaces /RCC roof surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr/sqm. (b) M&L applying bitumen @1.20 kg/sqm of grade 85/25. (c) Supplying and laying modified polymeric water proofing membrane super thermo 3mm thick of weight not less than 3kg /sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150gm/sqm center core including coping on the surfaces with torch application of membrane with 10cm over laps as required. (d) Applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/Sqm.

M&L for bitumen flash strip 50MM width, 10mtr long for repairs of roof sheet (any type) leakage in patch work and applying, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bitumen flash strip 100MM width, 10mtr long for repairs of roof sheet (any type) leakage in patch work and applying, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polymeric water proofing membrane (1x10mtr) super thermo lay 3mm thick of weight not less than 3kg /sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric weight not less than 150gm/sqm center core including for repairs of roof sheet (any type) leakage in patch work and applying, complete all as specified and directed.
