REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS UNDER AGE BR M AT FARIDKOT MIL STN

Demolition of mud phuska incl brick tiles in roof, PCC any thickness, kerb, including plastering and leaping and disposal of rubbish in low laying area inside station complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for levelling course to maintain roof slop with average 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Top surface of PCC to be finished even and smooth so that Water proofing layer can be applied without any rendering layer.

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUID MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF : Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs, for exterior walls and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index 109 as per (ASTM E1980-19)/ tear strength ̴ 20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days, +30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength >= 2 N/mm² (ASTM D4541). (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing all existing bitumen coatings/ APP membrane completely with intense wire brushing or high speed water jet. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust or grease. (b) After proper surface preparation, apply one coat of primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specification. (c) Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrithane® BTD (white)@ 650 gm/m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller while prime surface is tacky, spread waterproofing reinforced glass fiber mesh of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (d) Apply 2nd and 3rd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD (White) @ 650 gm/m² (minimum) or equivalent by brush / roller. Note : (i) The minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm. If any shortfall in thickness of above treatment, the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 10 years.

Demolition of concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of rubbish to low laying area within Mil Stn and disposal of any scrap received to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of rubbish to low laying area within Mil Stn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies , shelves and chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to chajjas, soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, parapets etc not exceeding 200mm thick, horizontal or sloping ,fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MS TMT Bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified.
