Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand cushioning with 8cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric pole, etc, including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded d stone aggregate as in foundation of stay / coping of poles including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement GI pipe light grade of size 100mm dia bore for protection of cable under road, along the pole or under floor including taking out to old rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI pipe light grade of size 50mm dia bore for protection of cable under road, along the pole or under floor including taking out to old rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection cover, GI protection pipe and clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F in replacement bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI tubing 2 metre long and bent to shape at 1200 angle with stiffener on bent portion made out of MS sheet 6mm fixed with clamps, nuts, bolts, washer including painting complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. Note : Clamps, nut, bolts and washers will be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement bracket made out of 25mm dia medium grade GI tubing 1.0 metre long and bent to shape at 1200 angle with stiffener on bent portion made out of MS sheet 6mm fixed with clamps, nuts, bolts, washer including painting complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified. Note : Clamps, nut, bolts and washers will be measured and paid separately.

Supplying and erecting pre-stressed concrete pole 9.0 metres long, 102 x 172mm at top and 102 x 279mm at bottom, class 10, complete all as specified including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in 30cm wide black & white strips upto 1.5m height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. (PCC and earth work shall be measured & paid for separately)

Taking down/ out burnt/ unserviceable LT cable off sizes including disconnecting all electrical connections, excavation, return filling etc

S&F SPN DB single door 2 way including MCB SPN 32A all as per specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles straight/ swan neck and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black & white strips of 30cm each upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and two coats of aluminium paint to remaining part of poles above strips including painting of street light brackets, clamps, cross arm and numbering the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing factory made junction box of size 250 x 300 x 125mm suitable for street light fixed on pole, made out of CRCA sheet 2mm thick having front hinged shutter with lockable arrangements, outdoor type, weather proof duly painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, having the provision to connect incoming and outgoing cable of size 10/16 sqmm 2 core and one number MCB SPN, 10 KA, C-curve, 6 Amps, 240 volts and earthing plug complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS Clamps, nuts, bolts required to fixing on pole shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs automatic street light timer switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The infra red sensor based nature switch along of capacity of 8 KW, single phase, with suitable power contractor (AC 3) 25-32 Amps and MCBs SP (input-output) 25 Amps on each phase at incoming and outgoing connections fully enclosed in pole/ wall mountable enclosure, weather and vermin proof having front hinged shutter, rust proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box having IP 54 protection, pre-wired complete with suitable wire PVC insulated FRLS type copper conductor with suitable copper thimbles/ lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volt grade heavy duty two single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS, ISI marked, of size 1.5 x 1.0 Sqmm and one 1 x 1.0 Sqmm (Earth lead) drawing through rigid PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of cable 1.5 Sqmm, one run of cable 1.0 Sqmm and one Run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit RM.

Earthing complete for feeder pillar/ LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm in and including GI pipe 50mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300 x 300 x 300mm(top of chamber minimum 15cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.
