Material and labour for servicing of LT panel duly isolated / de-energize the supply of LT panel of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 1000 Amps and voltage 415/230 volts. The maintenence includes the following tasks:- (i) Cleaning of burnt Bus bar using CTC chemical. (ii) Taking out all incoming and ougoing cables from the LT panel and also taking out cable loop from ground. (iii) Removing old insulation and providing new heat shrink insulating sleeves, connecting and fixing in the same panel using new GI nut bolts washers of suitable size. (iv) Removing of old and broken cable connectors in the LT panel and providing new connectors of suitable capacity and fixing in the same panel using nut bolts and other accessories. (v) Removing of burnt and worn out lugs from the cables and replace it with new aluminium lugs of suitable size and capacity as per the size of the cable. (vi) Removing of worn out connecting wires inside the panel and replace it with new wires of suitbale capacity and size. Repair/ overhauling of LT Air Circuit breakers of any make and capacity 630 to 1000 amps, 3pole/ 4 pole and replacement of minor items like springs, washers, bolts, nuts and other insulating material including calibration and testing of control and protection devices of equipments in the following steps all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (i) Disconnecting and taking out the breaker after taking shut down of the respective panel and check the defects. Servicing of the Servo Voltage Stabilizer must be done through OEM or authorised personnel including maintaining and submitting the inspection and testing records of each Servo Voltage Stabilizer to the Engr-in-Charge. Note 1. :- Inspection of Servo Voltage Stabilizer shall involve :- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints etc. (c) Checking all terminations / connections inside Voltage Stabilizer. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent. (ii) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID.ENTERING SCALS AND THE SAME SHELL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE ROVISION . (III) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION.
